You will be leading an international team of IT Business Process Consultants, IT Application Specialists, and external Consultants to develop, maintain, enhance, and support the worldwide Medela Group IT systems and process landscape in the area of Business Applications Technology, e.g., SAP S/4 HANA, Workday, Salesforce SalesCloud, and others. We seek a person with strong leadership skills, innovative thinking, and a structured approach. This role can be based in Switzerland, with a regular presence at Baar (Kanton ZG) or any EU country with regular travel to Medela offices in Baar (CH).

This is what you can move
- Manage the Global Applications Technical Architecture Functions, including Application Live-Cycle, Release, and Supplier Management.
- Coordinate with IT Security and Compliance to manage and improve security processes across, e.g., Active Directory, ERP Applications, and Workday.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute incidents, change requests, and service requests following Medela guidelines.

What you bring along
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, Business Analysis Certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP Technology, including Basis Administration, ABAP, PI/PO, Cloud Integration, and SAP BTP.
- Exposure to Prince II, Agile & Scrum delivery, SAP Certifications in ECC, S/4HANA, etc., will be a plus.
- Project management and facilitation skills; Conceptual IT solution design and architecture skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Result-orientated personality and high contribution level.
- Willingness for regular travel up to 20%
