SIX Digital Exchange (SDX), a company owned by the Swiss Stock exchange, is building the first market infrastructure in the world to offer a fully integrated end to end trading, settlement and custody service for digital assets.

We are looking for an experienced C-suite executive. You should have a Stock Exchange, Clearing and/or CSD Background, you should have a proven track record of building and managing institutional clients.

Developing the business strategically through an agile environment. It is important to lead, manage and develop his Management Team, and be an active collaborative Member of the SDX Executive Team.

**What You Will Do**:

- full executive responsibility for the Digital Securities business vertical including: sales and relationship management, product development, business design and ecosystem expansion
- primary goal is to develop client relationships with traditional and emerging financial institutions in the digital securities space to increase the number of platform members and to successfully market SDX' products & services
- you will actively drive the product roadmap to continuously enhance the platform capabilities and product suite of digital securities. In addition, actively engaging in developing the digital asset ecosystem through thought leadership will be key

**What You Bring**:

- executive experience and strategic understanding of the full Exchange and Securities Value Chain including experience in Financial Institutions clients core business and Digital Assets with relevant C-Level Governance Experience and/or entrepreneurial Role
- strategy and Business Model development and implementation and Product strategy development and execution
- identify and exploit market opportunities at pace with significant international expansion experience
- proven track record in negotiating partnerships and signing clients and persistent and convincing personality with understanding of large Financial Services Client needs
- good stakeholder management, especially with Senior Financial Institutions Managers (Clients) and Agile and adaptive Leadership style, able to scale and redirect functions fast in an international environment, depending on how the business develops
- strong German and English skills are desirable (preferably domiciled in Switzerland)
