**Head Cloud ERP Planning**:
Workload: 80 - 100% | Location: Zurich, Werdstrasse 21 & Remote | Start date: by arrangement

**Your new role**:
As the Head of Cloud ERP you will be responsible for operational support and enhancement of cloud-based planning tools. You will be leading a dedicated offshore team who is based in Belgrade, Serbia. The team consists of professionals from different backgrounds and is eager to contribute to the company’s success. Together with your team, you will maintain master data, user security, service workflows and other operational tasks in the planning module of the state-of-the-art Workday ERP system.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the ongoing development of the planning solution in collaboration with our key stakeholders in Finance & Controlling and HR. You will be challenged to find technical solutions to the business requirements (such as implementing new subplans, integrating new business units, building integrations and handling reorganizations). In order to excel in the role, you will be required to stay up to date on the latest developments and the roadmap for Workday Adaptive Planning.

In addition, you will be set to engage and supervise external consultants.

**This job is for you if**:

- You have obtained a degree in Business information systems or similar.
- You bring profound knowledge and several years of experience working in Financial Planning & Analysis (e.g. as a super user of a financial planning software or having experience in maintaining and developing a financial planning software).
- You have working experience in supporting Finance and Controlling departments, which includes a very good understanding of financial processes, planning and reporting.
- You bring the understanding of “the cloud” and related concepts.
- You possess strong analytical and technical skills.
- You have the ability to focus on details and critically evaluate information.
- You are a self-starter in learning new technologies.
- You perform and deliver well under time pressure.
- You bring the readiness to travel on-site to Zurich and Belgrade from time-to-time (e.g. for critical project phases, team building, etc.).
- You ideally have specific and deep knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning.
- You ideally bring also experience in working on IT projects - which includes the understanding of IT project structure and stages.
- You ideally bring both very good English and German language skills (English is a must, German is a plus).
