**Your responsibility**
- Process new and renewal business and enter contracts in systems accurately and within established time frames
- Correspond with brokers and clients on all administrative/accounting issues independently
- Review administration correspondence, following up to obtain complete necessary information
- Gathers and organizes information and reports (e.g., loss runs, risk assessments, and loss ratios) that support the underwriting decision
- Handling details of policy payments: taxes and all different terrorism pools
- Maintain insurance licenses in good standing, assist when needed in resolving customer service issues
- May review incoming insurance submissions for accuracy and completeness
- Ensuring adequate filing and archiving of insurance/reinsurance contracts and related correspondences

**Your qualification**
- Insurance proven record and knowledge of the insurance industry and its products and services
- Relevant training and experience in the administrative/financial customer service (insurance business) within risk management area
- Analytical skills and ability to make decisions independently
- Articulate and flawless oral and written communication skills in English and German (other languages are an asset)
- Proficient computer skills, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- You concentrate on the essentials, infer the correct priorities and complete tasks on schedule in a fast-paced work environment
- You ensure sustainable partnerships even across team boundaries and cultivate them
