**A propos du rôle**:
Dans ce poste, tu seras en première ligne pour accompagner les occupants et optimiser les services numériques du bâtiment. Ton rôle consistera à:
**Tâches**:

- Suivre et coordonner les interventions des prestataires techniques sur les systèmes connectés
- Collecter les retours des utilisateurs pour améliorer l’expérience et les services du bâtiment

**Nous cherchons**:

- Première expérience dans un environnement technique, digital ou opérationnel (support aux utilisateurs, gestion de services, bâtiment connecté )
- Intérêt marqué pour les environnements innovants et les technologies de bâtiment connecté
- Bonnes compétences relationnelles et sens du service client
- Curiosité, autonomie et capacité à remonter les informations importantes
