At a Glance

We are looking for a Retail Campaign Production Manager to join our Trade Marketing Team in Zurich. In this role you’ll materialize On’s product and brand campaigns throughout our retail channels: specifically In-store and windows designs. You will be working closely together with our Campaign Designers and oversee the production process from drafting through prototyping to timely delivery at our retailer’s locations.

Your Team

You’ll be part of a Trade Marketing team consisting of trade designers, producers, digital experts and visual merchandisers taking care of topics related to our own retail and trade marketing at On. Working with key stakeholders within our Campaign Team, Retail Architecture and Brand Design, our goal is to create a premium consumer experience across all touch points.

Your Mission
- Deliver full technical drawing package for our 3D window and in-store campaigns to production partners and vendors for prototyping and implementation
- Implementation of concepts and designs (models and prototypes) created by our 3D Campaign Designers
- Sourcing and sampling of suitable and future-proof materials (focus on sustainability)
- Collaborate with local marketing teams, external agencies and other suppliers
- Support in expanding a broader network of local suppliers
- Demand planning with direct markets including distributor needs
- Close collaboration with indirect procurement and logistics to ensure timely deliveries at the retailers
- Provide valuable feedback and support to develop extraordinary campaign designs, working closely with 3D Campaign Designers and Campaign Leads
- Set-up support, documentation and evaluation of in-store implementations in collaboration with our Visual Merchandising Team

**Your Story**
- Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design or related creative and technical field as well as working experience in 3D design projects
- Proficient use of 2D/3D software: 3D Rhino, Sketchup, Adobe Suite
- Solid knowhow of materials and in-depth interest for production processes
- Experience in fast-paced projects with the ability to manage consistently tight deadlines, multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
- Network of suppliers is a plus
- Passion for working in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to share ideas and make them grow
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- A highly hands-on and can-do attitude
