For our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are looking for a Junior Commercial Deployment (M/F/d).

**Background**:
You are involved in managing assigned project scope and requirements, driving and securing the high quality of Partner System Readiness PSR) Deliverables provided by the assigned PSR team.

Where appropriate you engage with relevant stakeholders ensuring alignment in terms of understanding of PSR Remediation objectives and deliverables.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
**- Working closely with the System Readiness deployment wave lead / engagement lead, to ensure effective project governance, management and timely reporting of progress on activities and work packages
- Supporting the full scope of PSR remediation topics and deliverables from entry-readiness phase all the way to deployment
- Working with the Site IT Leads, SMEs, as part of the Aspire Readiness Program, to create a full overview on impacted Partner Systems criticality in terms of proximity to the commercialization
- Performing tasks entrusted by the System Readiness Wave Leads and ASPIRE Site Deployment Leads as part of the scope of support and works towards the deployment sites
- Working closely with the PSR Wave lead and Integration Lead to plan out the work towards getting the site ready for ASPIRE deployment
- Ensuring the different non-functional IT and local IT requirements for ASPIRE Impacted Partner Systems are accurately scoped out, and delivered for deployment
- Supporting on Monitoring and Status Tracking of remediation activities
- Performing typical Project Management and Business Analysis activities and creates deliverables
- Working with delivery and the project team to ensure that the final solution matches the timeline and customer’s needs and is delivered according to plan

**Must Haves**:
- Bachelor or University degree (informatics, engineering or similar)
- Min. 3 years experience working within a global environment in the pharmaceutical industry
- You have experience of working with partners in global work streams within projects in a matrixed environment
- You are willing to stretch beyond your comfort zone to learn new skills in a rapidly changing environment and have the ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Project Management expertise with a focus on delivery
- SAP/ERP Integration background an advantage
- Knowledge in Commercial IT
- Excellent communication skills in English**Nice to Haves**:
