Stellenbeschreibung
Zur Erweiterung unseres Life Science Teams in der Schweiz suchen wir einen Junior Cost Manager (m/w/d):

• Als Teil eines Projektteams übernehmen Sie die Kostenplanung, Kostensteuerung und Kostenkontrolle für spannende Großbauprojekte.
• Sie übernehmen Stück für Stück mehr Verantwortung in Ihren Teilprojekten und stellen ein effektives Baukostenmanagement bei unseren Kunden sicher.
• Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Kostenschätzungen und -planungen und wirken aktiv im Bereich Kostenkontrolle in allen Projektphasen mit.
• Sie führen Rechungsprüfungen und Reportings durch.
• Sie sind ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner und Berater und fördern eine gute und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit den kundeninternen Fachbereichen und den Planungsteams in allen Projektphasen.

Qualifikationen

• Sie haben Ihr immobilienbezogenes oder technisches Studium Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur, Quantity Surveying, o.ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
• Sie haben bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Baukostenmanagement oder Cost Management gesammelt.
• Sie haben idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP und MS Project gesammelt.
• Ein routinierter Umgang mit MS Office ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
• Sie wagen sich gerne an komplexe Aufgaben und finden durch Ihre analytisch vernetzende Denkweise optimale Lösungen für unsere Kunden.
• Sie bringen hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten mit und verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse.
