Our Quality department from Siemens Building Products is looking for a colleague with some experience in Quality, but more important with a positive thinking willing to drive changes in a dynamic environment, collaborating cross-functionally with passionate people in an excellent Company. A good understanding of the end-to-end value chain of a product life cycle is important, because in this role you are responsible to improve the overall quality performance and to contribute to further improve our customer satisfaction.

**Your new responsibilites**
- Implement the global quality programs within the assigned organization and monitor the effectiveness of these programs. Furthermore, initiate improvement projects using agile and lean methods
- Collaborate with the Quality Management (QM) network and business accountable units (like Research and Development, Procurement, Manufacturing etc.) to achieve quality business goals
- Drive the development of digital solutions related to quality to continuously improve process effectiveness and efficiency along the customer journey
- Create real-time transparency for ad-hoc and routine analysis, instant decision making, preventive action and continuous improvement
- Communicate to all relevant stakeholders to ensure understanding and awareness of specific quality topics matches the goals of the programs
- Drive and support Business Excellence activities to continuously improve business performance in the defined area of responsibility
- Ensure implementation and improvement of the quality part of the Integrated Management System (including process management)

**Talents and Experience**
- Successfully completed a bachelor’s or master degree in a technical area or equivalent
- Knowledge in driving continuous improvement activities is something where you bring along practical experience
- Experience of a transformation programs and or in establishing agile principle across an organization
- Familiarity in communication across a larger matrix organization would be a plus
- Business proficiency in German and English language, as you will work within global and local business context
- You are a proactive person, enjoying problem-solving skills and offering a collaborative mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills is what you bring along. Also, the ability to conceptualize and to create clear communication presentations
- Strong international collaboration & leading without authority proficiencies are essential in this role. You are adept in working with colleagues from different backgrounds
- The willingness to bridge time differences when it comes to global collaboration is something we expect
