Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Supply Chain is recruiting for a Manager, Strategy & Operations Business Technology Leader located in Skillman, New Jersey, Fort Washington, PA, Zug/Switzerland, or other Global Consumer Health head office.

Consumer Health is defining the future technology roadmap to support digital capabilities as the business spins off as a stand-alone company. As major programs evolve to deliver the future state digital capabilities for the company, this leader will play a key role in the articulation and execution of the strategy while ensuring strong operational adherence and financial health.

The Manager, Strategy & Operations Business Technology Leader will play a significant role in developing strategy materials, portfolio and financial operations, and managing financials for the supply chain technology organization throughout the year. This position will be responsible for defining the end-to-end strategy and leading operations for the Consumer Health supply chain organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for ensuring strong Consumer Health technology portfolio and financial health.
- Act as a single point of contact to the CH technology teams (business technology leaders and product line owners), regional and global Finance, as well as strategy and operations teams cross-functionally.
- Responsible for incorporating a view of external perspectives and industry best practices.
- Strategy Leader:

- Partner with IT leaders, product owners, and Finance to formulate a strategic plan, Objectives and Key Results, and technology roadmaps for the supply chain technology team
- Articulate and document strategic plans during Business Planning and Long Range Financial Planning
- Capture and report out achievements and KPIs that deliver against the Consumer Health supply chain technology vision
- Operations Leader:

- Coordinate agenda topics & relevant materials for leadership team meetings.
- Point of contact for communications, education, and training teams
- Educate our team on current best practice and drive adoption and champion for continuous improvement
- Connect with new technology vendors, and conferences to get ahead of the curve and determine how they could be applied to our business.
- Portfolio Development
- Develop and deliver against a robust project portfolio and related governance processes.
- Facilitate portfolio reviews on a semi-annual basis.
- Partner with the PMO leader to enable transparency and visibility to investment owners.
- Find leverage, dependencies, and resolutions across conflicts.
- Accountable for supply chain technology portfolio targets and the implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement of how we deliver projects.
- Financial Adherence
- Partner with regional technology investment owners, product line owners, and regional Finance leaders to deliver a global view of our financials.
- Measure and report monthly and quarterly planned vs actual spend across project investment and operations spend.
- Deliver against financial plans.
- Facilitate, track, and report on status of management decision
- Improve these processes to be more accurate, data driven, bottoms up and actionable towards to getting out team faster, better and more efficient

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience and demonstrated leadership in Business Technology is required.
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent through experience. MBA strongly preferred.
- Working experience in technology, supply chain, or strategy and operations roles is required.
- Knowledge of leading-edge technology trends is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong business and technical acumen
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Aptitude for financial assessments and ability to understand fluid space quickly
- Have a real passion for learning, attention to detail and dedication to excellence
- Innate curiosity, data driven, and ability to self-start w/ growth mindset and thought leadership
- Ability to experiment and not be afraid to take risks
