This is a highly visible role that requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and the ability to influence across a global organization. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership Define and continuously evolve the E&PS digital strategy in alignment with enterprise objectives. Lead the prioritization and governance of digital investments to enhance business value. Innovation & Technology Enablement Drive adoption of AI, sophisticated analytics, and automation to unlock efficiencies and insights. Coordinate the development of a connected digital ecosystem and a robust data foundation. Governance & Compliance Champion data governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to FAIR principles and internal standards. Collaborate with JJT and enterprise partners to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships Build and maintain strategic external partnerships to accelerate digital transformation. Engage and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution. Performance & Culture Define and track KPIs to measure digital maturity and business impact. Foster a culture of digital innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across E&PS.
