**Review and Monitor **the product portfolio along with the build up of platform architecture and identify gaps / improvements to ensure “market readiness “and meet scale up objectives
- **Formulate strategies **to accomplish fulfillment of organizational goals and objectives in achieving mid-term and long-term targets of 1HAG, 3HAG towards the BHAG
- **Initiate / review the organisation’s** business and development processesto ensure a seamless workflow across all departments with necessary priorities
- **Assist in the strategic planning** for business expansion, set up of global offices, development centres and outsourcing strategy
- **Assist in the formulation** of Partnership Agreements / Strategic Alliances to forge collaboration and to increase market presence, ranging from product acquisition, joint development to sales & marketing partnerships
- **Assist in discussions and certification consultations **with executive / senior management of government entities / corporations to pitch our presence in our domain of expertise
- **Initiate / review concept documents **and presentation material on innovative features in our product portfolio to prospective clients for sales and business development
- **Coordinate / Lead **preparation of white papers and articles in journals / magazines in the space of digital energy addressing challenging issues and showcase our products as advanced problem-solving tools and methodologies
- **Review and Release **documentation related to Marketing, Sales and Technical literature for all product portfolios, market requirements and ensuring inclusion of key technology features
- **Strengthen the backbone **for domain know-how, keeping abreast of latest developments in technology and advisory to management on innovative solutions and new products in alignment with the Vision and Goals of the organization

**Representation of the company,** in areas of technology across the portfolio, externally with key stakeholders, talks etc.
