Head of Esg Regulatory Advisory

We are looking for a senior ESG regulation expert to join our team as Head of ESG Regulatory Advisory (80 - 100%) as soon as possible. The Regulatory team is responsible for maintaining the Policy Outlook tool, our industry-leading research service on sustainable finance and corporate responsibility regulation. The team also advises ECOFACT clients on a project and mandate basis.
Tasks
**As Head of ESG Regulatory Advisory, you will**:

- lead and mentor a multicultural group of legal experts;
- have ultimate responsibility for maintaining the ECOFACT Policy Outlook tool;
- coordinate and contribute to the delivery of a portfolio of advisory projects linked to ESG regulations, including for international banks and insurers, asset managers, large corporates, and NGOs;
- lead client calls and webinars;
- significantly contribute to strategic decisions and the ongoing development of our product offering;
- support business development efforts; and
- be part of ECOFACT’s leadership team.

**Requirements**:

- at least a master’s degree in law;
- at least 10 years of working experience and 3 years’ experience leading a team;
- in-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to sustainability and corporate responsibility;
- financial industry experience;
- fluent in English (spoken and written);
- the ability to translate technical regulatory information into practical actions for our clients;
- you enjoy presenting at conferences and on webinars;
- you enjoy leading a team and mentoring others to fulfill their potential;
- you enjoy engaging with clients and prospects;
- you are comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in an agile environment; and
- a valid Swiss work permit or EU citizenship.

- proficient in other languages;
- advanced MS PowerPoint skills;
- consulting experience; and
- an innovate and entrepreneurial spirit.
