**Head Planning & Analytics and Cash Flow (M/F/d)**

**YOUR JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Continuous monitoring of the Consumer Health (CH) Business development to identify trends and gaps vs divisional ambitions and capital market commitments; derive conclusions and recommendations
- Analyze monthly and quarterly business results; identify negative business developments and potential opportunities; Challenge regions / functions, aggregate information and prepare / develop action plans to steer the division
- Coordinate, guide and consolidate the global planning, forecasting and estimations and prepare Month
- / Quarter-end reporting cycles to be presented to CH and to the Bayer Group
- Implement simplified Group Planning & Forcasting frame / process at CH (18-months rolling forecast, building on integration of predictive S&OP process)
- Closely partner with CH's Digital Finance team to broadly leverage Predictive Business Steering and reporting automation solutions across CH
- Develop divisonal yearly financial frame along the steering triangle and support the derivation of growth, profitability and cash flow ambitions for the Division and its regions / countries / functions
- Further enhance cash flow management across CH. Improve working capital steering and prediction, align stakeholders, share experience and continue to elevate cash productivity mindset
- Steer global & cross-functional networks / communities in the area of cash flow management and support of global casch productivity program (LIFT)
- Represent CH interests towards Corporate Controlling incl. data.one and Group Finance in respective committees
- Develop talents and coach a high-perfomring team of four finance colleagues

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Relevant university degree, professional controlling or accounting qualification or equivalent. BS/BA Finance or Accounting required. MBA/CPA preferred
- Solid financial and controlling experience, with 10 years in Finance/Accounting positions of increasing responsibility, preferably with CPG / OTC industry background
- Understanding of Consumer Health operating model as well as processes and high level of business acumen
- Ability to think as an entrepreneur by also having a growth mindset and storytelling skills
- Diverse experiences in Functional + Operational / Country / Region environment
- Profound finance (planning, ambition setting & benchmarking, reporting) knowledge including solid understanding of Bayer processes, tools and systems
- Experienced in multi-task management, priority setting ability, proven track record in managing multiple priorities and challenges
- Knowledge in Cash Flow management and Value Management concepts
- Ability to interact comfortably / communicate effectively with senior management, different stakeholders, functions, regions / countries and cultures
- Social intelligence, excellent collaboration and influencing & negotiation skills to create buy-in and enthusiasm. Strong capability to manage complexity and resolve conflict
- Solid people management experience, work effectively in different teams, strong leadership skills, including in non-hierarchical context / matrix organization (cross functional networking, community management, cross-cultural management)
- Communicate effectively in English. German is a plus
