**Your team**:

- Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.- You will be joining the Media Communications team in Zurich during 3 months for an absence replacement. As such you will contribute to the promotion of the Pictet Group’s presence in the media and manage relationships between the Group and journalists. You will also help plan and prepare external communications and ensure follow-up with concerned parties.**Your role**:

- Organise press interviews with internal speakers and coordinate follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders (spokespersons, business lines, journalists, press agencies).
- Manage journalists’ requests (either directly or through press agency) from various markets.
- Provide support to the press relations team with the elaboration of documents of various sorts (press release, Q&A, media briefing, etc.)
- Support the global head of media communication for corporate media requests
- Collaborate with external service providers (monitoring agency, press agencies in Switzerland and abroad).
- Collaborate with different business lines’ marketing teams to identify media engagement opportunities
- Gather and analyse the Group’s media coverage, and disseminate internally.
- Provide communication counsel on diverse topics to Pictet’s spokespersons.
- Community manager of the corporate Twitter account.

**Your profile**:

- University degree (Master’s) in communication, business or qualification deemed equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience in communication, media relations, or similar.
- Excellent command of German, English and French with excellent writing and editorial skills.
- A broad general knowledge (an understanding of the financial industry would be a plus).
- Very good presentation skills.
- Excellent computer literary and social media savvy.
- Strong sense of initiative, organisation and creative mind.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.**Note**:
