- Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement global customs compliance policies and procedures
- Manage relationships with customs authorities globally
- Provide guidance to internal teams on customs-related matters, including classification, valuation, and origin determination
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with customs regulations
- Develop and deliver training programs on customs compliance to employees
- Monitor changes in customs regulations globally and advise internal teams on necessary updates
- Participate in industry groups and trade associations to stay up to date on best practices and industry developments
- Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance, tax and legal, to ensure customs compliance in all aspects of the business.
- Manage and oversee the work of customs brokers and third-party service providers

**Your experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in international trade, logistics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in customs compliance, preferably in a global role
- Deep knowledge of Swiss customs regulations and global customs procedures including customs valuation and Intrastat
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing customs brokers and third-party service providers
- Ability to travel internationally as required
