**The opportunity**

We are looking for a highly talented and passionate individual who can effectively articulate how and why our products and solutions can help transform Customers’ business and exceed their goals

You will lead the sales efforts, on significant deals. This role will also work with delivery, operations and several other departments to ensure we achieve our deliverables.

Success in this role would be measured by financial targets and quality of customer-facing deliverables, pipeline growth in nominated accounts, thought leadership development and overall executive engagement.

**Areas of Responsibility**
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of allocated client(s) environment(s), including competitor analysis and positioning
- Define and maintain a strategic account plan
- Diagnose customer needs and recommend value-based solutions that reflect a clear understanding of Worldline products and services, primary differentiators, client segments, and key competitors’ offerings
- Drive all activity to deliver agreed milestones with the client, including relationship-building and growth at all levels, lobbying, sales pitches, tender process ownership and contract negotiation
- Prepare, drive and be accountable for the formulation and content of all propositions and Offer Reviews
- Contribute to accurate revenue forecasts
- Negotiate contracts and any change requests within or outside of the contract
- Provide regular reports on Portfolio progress and client satisfaction
- Escalate any problems to senior managers to ensure clients feel valued
- Ensure orders are delivered as agreed with the clients
- Relationship management - including mapping Worldline leaders with customers
- End to end initiatives delivery (from inception to delivery) via coordination of internal Worldline resources
- Revenue and forecast management

**To be successful in this role you will require**
- Commercial and financial skills, in a business degree
- Strong ability to create, quantify insights and communicate recommendations to senior management
- Ability to work within high levels of ambiguity to guide customers to effective decision making.
- End-to-end account management (covering account planning, client relationships, opportunities management, commercial negotiations, delivery management, cross-functional team leadership)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective influencing capabilities
- Interest in learning more about the payment industry at all aspects
- A passion to work in a consultative and collaborative strategic selling environment
- Disciplined sales management skills (sales strategy, account planning, forecasting, stakeholder mapping)
- A knowledge of Salesforce is desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent presentation skills

We are obliged to inform you that the minimum monthly gross salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 3,041.31. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are prepared to pay a corresponding overpayment. In addition, we offer an attractive, performance-related bonus.
