Head of Data M/F/x

Location Schaan, Liechtenstein

Your responsibilities:

- You establish a global data organization by having accountability for creating an end-to-end data strategy.
- You have direct responsibility for data governance, data management, data quality, data science, analytics and data driven technology innovation (e.g. AI) across the organization.
- You have functional responsibility for the other foundational areas, like data architecture, data security and infrastructure, working jointly with the IT.
- You establish a framework that the value of data and related business impact can be measured and tracked globally based on clearly defined KPIs.
- You work on establishing a 360- degree view on a customer and help to transform Ivoclar to a data-driven company together with our people across all levels.

Your qualifications:

- 7+ years of hands
- on experience in managing global data and analytics projects, with knowledge of industry standards in data management and analytics
- Experience in setting up global data governance structures
- A wide spectrum of know-how with deep expertise in areas such as data platforms, cloud solutions, Azure Synapse Analytics, AI
- Experience in working in global companies - USA data experience appreciated
- Experience in the MedTech / or Pharma Industry appreciated
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a commercial mindset
- High motivation to drive the change to become a data-driven organization
- Outstanding communication skills in English, German would be a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
