Standort Schaan, LiechtensteinYour responsibilities: Drive business growth and expand our presence with dental laboratory groups by leading client collaboration and business development initiatives Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with local leadership teams and the Director Strategic Markets Work closely with market organizations to activate strategies through impactful customer engagement and implementation initiatives Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across the industry Manage the entire customer journey and work with senior decision makers to build successful partnerships that add value Establishbest practices for working with large dental laboratory groups toincrease conversion rates and maximize the share of wallet of Ivoclarworkflow solutions Workclosely with our strategic markets team, as well as corporate, localsales, marketing, and education organizations Your qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development, ideally within the dentistry or dental laboratory market University degree Excellent communication and moderation skills in English Entrepreneurial, assertive, and results-driven mindset High energy level with flexibility, adaptability, curiosity, and a strong sales orientation Strong listening skills and a deep understanding of sales metrics, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance Proven ability to provide effective sales training and leadership to others Willingness to travel approximately% Let's achieve our goal together - If you are looking for a job where you can contribute actively, develop personally and professionally and make a lasting difference then this is the right place for you.
