**What's the role?**:
In this role you will support the Global Head of HR as well as the Head of HQ HR in all administrative, secretarial and team management tasks.

**What does the role involve?**:
You will also organize events involving the Global Human Resources Leadership Team as well as from time to time larger summits with the international Hilti HR teams, and setup and orchestrate events with external visitors on HR topics, together with the events team.
You will support overarching HR projects and initiatives like HR knowledge platforms, new team member onboarding or roll out of people initiatives like our Hilti MOMENT philosophy and our new Lead 2030 strategy.

**What you need is**:

- Education equivalent to Business and Administration apprenticeship (Kaufmännische Ausbildung) and more than 5 years experience in comparable assistant roles
- Excellent tech-savvy knowledge of MS-Office, Business-fluent in English, German language skills a clear benefit
