**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Fachverantwortung bei der Buchführung, Überwachung von Bank Julius Bär sowie in
- und ausländischen Finanzgesellschaften der Julius Bär Gruppe
- Verantwortlich bei der Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen inkl. Geschäftsbericht für diverse Gesellschaften
- Aufbereitung der MwSt.Abrechnungen nach lokalem Recht für diverse Gesellschaften
- Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der internen Kontrolle (IKS)
- Mitarbeit beim Aufsetzten / Umsetzen der internen und externen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (betr. Banken und übrige Finanzgesellschaften)
- Analyse der lokalen Gegebenheiten im Bereich Financial Accounting, Steuern, etc.
- Bereichsübergreifende Analysetätigkeit von Bilanz
- oder Erfolgsrechnungspositionen
- Erstellung von Konzernreports (nach IFRS) sowie Erstellung des lokalen Reportings
- Bindeglied auf Seite Financial Accounting im Zusammenhang mit der Optimierung der heute bestehenden internen Prozessabläufe zwischen den einzelnen Finanzabteilungen (Group Tax, Steuern, Management Accounting, IT-Operation, Payroll, etc.)
- Fachverantwortung bei der Gründung, der Übernahme oder bei der Liquidation von Julius Bär Gesellschaften
- Erstellung von Business Spezifikationen und Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung von Prozessoptimierungen im Zusammenhang mit SAP
- Stetiger fachlicher und technischer Support weltweit, inkl. Trouble Shooting
- Mitarbeit beim Testing von fachlichen wie technischen Anpassungen in den jeweiligen Applikationen (z.B. SAP)
- Vororteinsätze um die bestehenden Prozesse weiter auf die Julius Bär Anforderungen zu optimieren

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Finanz
- oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich des finanziellen Bankenrechnungswesens
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit SAP R/3 zwingend (S/4 HANA von Vorteil)
- Mehrjährige IFRS-Erfahrung zwingend (vorteilhaft Multi-GAAP)
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
