**Financial Accountant at Headquarters in Zurich**

EF is looking for an ambitious and driven Financial Accountant at the beginning of their career with a flair for numbers and attention to detail.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Financial Accountant to join our EF Travel Finance team at our Headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. In this position, you will work closely with the Accounting Manager and Business Analytics team. We are providing a platform to expand your accounting knowledge while working in an international environment.

You will be in contact with several international stakeholders within EF, and your work will play an important role for multiple legal entities.

As a Financial Accountant working in Travel Finance, you would be responsible for a number of tasks, including:

- Accounting
- Intercompany invoicing
- Financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year end closings
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Process improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Economics or similar.
- Competence in MS Excel with exposure to advanced formulas and functions.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting is a big plus.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Solution-oriented, open-minded and driven.
- Flexible and able to multitask.
- Strong communication and social skills, able to work in English (written & verbal)
