**Your Team**:
Join us as part of the forward thinking and action-oriented international DTC Finance team. Aiming at bridging the gap between the GL Accounting team and the DTC Controlling team, our role is not only to ensure that the best processes and automations are put in place but also to ensure, through strong analytical skills, that data related to online and retail sales is accurate and provided promptly to the major stakeholders. We will be constantly striving to challenge the status quo of processes and data quality, to handle On’s fast growth and to shape tomorrow's best-practices by thinking differently, acting cross-functionally and making use of the latest technology.

**Your Mission**:

- Ensure the proper daily financial accounting as well as the timely month end closing & reporting process for the global DTC online business in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP
- Implement new accounting processes to follow the development of our online business (eg. new product launches such as subscription models, Gift cards)
- Actively challenge our global processes with a focus on automation of daily E-Commerce transactions and reconciliations
- Assure proper interface management (ERP/Payment Provider/E-Commerce/Banks)
- Perform internal controls and ensure up-to-date process documentation
- Contribute to exciting ad hoc and project tasks in an emerging environment (e.g. new payment methods, roll-out of central processes and setting up global guidelines for the group entities)

**Your Story**:

- 2-4 years experience in Accounting in an agile, fast-paced, high transaction environment (preferably in E-commerce/retail)
- Willingness to take ownership of multiple complex financial topics at a time and having the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Experience and ability to identify areas of operational improvement and provide ideas and solutions to improve processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and IT skills (Interfaces)
- Strong expertise in MS Excel and MS Dynamics 365 F&O (or other major ERP systems) and integrations with third-party apps. Expertise with Looker, GIVEX, SK Global is a plus
- Business proficiency in English
