**General Summary**

For the EMEA Retail Ops team we are looking for an outstanding Retail Operations Coordinator, to act as the central agent for managing information flow to and from the store portfolio, ensuring a structured and clear communication through different platforms/channels.

The Retail OPS Coordinator plays a key role ensuring that the stores staff is properly informed on all store related initiatives, in defining and set regional communication standards to be applied throughout EMEA retail, as well Interact with stores to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests.

Work in cooperation with other key stakeholder on cross department projects to develop new solutions to further improve store capabilities.

Support in ensuring stores are acting in compliance with department goals and guidelines to ensure operational success is met.

**Primary Accountabilities**:

- Control flow of information and tasking to the stores from all retail-relevant departments - act as central approval agent for tasking requests to the stores.
- Manage settings for Omnichannel capabilities on SAP, review store performances and ensure targets are met.
- Closely monitor in stores compliancy with Policies & Procedures to ensure operational standards are met.
- Manage the settings of the different platforms (SAP, Yoobic, Storeforce, Store Locator, Google accounts) used daily by stores and monitoring store performances through dedicated reports.

Additional responsabilities
- With Retail Ops Manager/Director, help in developing, maintain and keep updated all relevant manuals and in store procedures.
- Ensure stores are following up on department initiatives, interacting with field team to ensure deadlines are met.
- Define and implement standards for effective meetings and conference calls. Minute regional conference calls and action points as required and circulate across the business.
- Organise files for store daily targets and upload them on reporting platforms.

**Qualifications**

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position:
**Education**: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years of relevant successful experience in a similar role in a multi-site retail operation dept; Direct experience in Customer Service environment; deep knowledge of EMEA markets

**Language Skills**: Advanced English skills, both written and spoken - another European language helpful

**Analytical / Technical Skills**: PC literate - good Excel, PowerPoint skills, SAP platform is a plus
