**Let’s talk about the role**

As **Retail & eComm Intern** you will working across the direct eCommerce and retail business within The North Face. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience across content creation, website merchandising, digital marketing, retail operations and customer experience.

This internship is designed to give you a very broad experience across the entire DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) function and is a rotation scheme by design. This means you will work within different functions every 2-3 months gaining valuable skills quickly and help build a clear path towards where you enjoy working the most.

Get ready to make an impact Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Retail & eComm intern:

- Retail operations. Communications to stores and fixing pain points
- Marketplaces. Onboarding seasonal ranges across Zalando, JD Sports, ASOS.
- Content. Reviewing all product descriptions and supporting the seasonal onboarding and translation process.
- Trading. Managing product listing pages, internal search result pages and ensuring products in demand are available for customers.
- Customer experience. Reviewing the user journey, checkout and finding pain points.

**What you Bring**:

- An interest in online or in store retail / shopping and what a experience looks like
- Analytical and detail orientated mindset
- Natural problem solver and consumer focused
- Fluent English speak but other languages are a huge bonus (German / Italian)
- A passion for the outdoors

From your experience as a member of the DTC team, you can expect a structured learning path and rich hands-on experience, including:

- The main processes required to deliver a successful ecommerce and retail experience for The North Face customers.
- Analytical skills, project management and organizational skills
- Content management, website software/systems and how a website works
- Digital marketing and the main tools used
- Financial process and budget management
- Gain on-the-ground insight about our brands during a store visit day
- Connect through networking opportunities with peers and senior leadership
