Creative Environment Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiast and dynamic Creative Environment Coordinator to join The North Face team in Ticino, Switzerland; the role is the maternity cover of our Creative Environment Manager.

Let’s Talk about the Role
You as Creative Environment Coordinator will work on all the creative environment projects in EMEA region, along the overall Go To Market process from season’s launch until the in-store execution, building on the consumer experience across The North Face 4 walls environments In line with Global and EMEA Creatives Guidelines. Together with the Retail Marketing Director you will contribute to the creative executions of seasonal campaigns, special projects, design pack for new openings, events, through the management of external agencies, vendors and in alignment with Retail Team(Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Creative, Instore Activations)

How You Will Make a Difference

**You will achieve this by**:
Creative environment projects through EMEA region ensuring an overall alignment with Creative direction.
Create the creative environment toolkit for EMEA Region working close with Retail Operations, VM, Brand Team, ecomm and Retail Marketing to ensure elevated Retail Brand Journey execution.

**Lead the overall creative process**:
**Briefing phase**: work on the briefing phase of each Campaign.

**Design phase**: develop creative proposals in line with Creative strategy to declinate and adapt to the EMEA stores with different executions based on stores tiers.

**Prototype phase**: lead the prototype phase including prototype deck, materials research, prototype revision and feedback taking into consideration sustainable choices and budget

**Artworks & Visual phase**: lead the visualizations for orderforms preparation and artworks production for regional roll-out
Guide the production phase for EMEA Region managing the relationships with main suppliers from briefing phase to orderform preparation, order submission and budget review, production and delivery, ensuring high level of execution across all the EMEA doors.
Manage Window and POS production budget to ensure spend is in line with forecast and act as main point of contact for markets reporting and queries including the recharge overview at the end of each semester.

Skills for Success
expertise in Project Management, Production processes, Tender processes and purchasing, Visual Communication/Visual Merchandising, working with external vendors and agencies is required, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle or sporting goods industries.
understanding of high-end retail brand environments.
ability to work independently and lead projects involving different stakeholders.
capability to communicate at all levels (cross functional and cross department)
passion for outdoors
formal education in Design, Architecture, Marketing or Economics are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. Computer literacy is highly desirable, preferable Excel, Office Package, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Indesign).
