VANS EMEA is looking for an exceptional Social Media Coordinator to join our Digital & Communication team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

**Let’s Talk about the Role**

As Social Media Coordinator, you will be in charge of Vans Social media presence in Region. You will oversee content sourcing, planning, and copy writing for the Vans EMEA social channels as outlined below. You will assist with project managing the social media calendars and assets to ensure Global alignment and regional relevance, while delivering against digital tactics outlined for each story.

You will also support with project management duties of the EMEA Digital Activations program, helping coordinate agency partners to plan and execute our live streaming activations.

**How You Will Make a Difference**

**Manage Vans Europe social channels**:

- Execute all scheduled posts according to brand social media best practices.
- Be responsible for calendars, copy, and assets for approvals.
- Help team Identify and secure permissions for UGC content.
- Handle community management / monitoring alongside Agency & Customer Service teams
- Research EMEA social landscape to identify strategic opportunities for Community growth
- Assist with reporting and analytics including sentiment, crisis and issue management.
- Assist with specialized reporting requests for action sports, and lifestyle teams.
- Help distribute calendar updates, copy, and other approved materials to the broader EMEA and Global teams

**Vans Europe Twitch Channel**:

- Support the Digital Communication team developing concepts and formats to execute the Vans Digital Activation strategy
- Support the Digital Communication team on production duties for Twitch Digital Activations

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Streamline and Coordinate national teams social media efforts
- Regularly monitor on the social & digital landscape and provide regular updates around current trends and opportunities
- Support EMEA Athlete and Brand Ambassadors to improve their social media presence
- Regular communication on status of projects with EMEA and Global Brand Comms Team

**Skills for Success**:

- Expertise in social platforms. You live and breathe social media, and have experience managing Brand Channels
- You love Vans and everything it stands for. Action Sports, Music, Art, Street Culture.
- You are highly organized and detail oriented
- You are well versed with social media KPIs and reporting tools
- You speak English as your native language, or have a high proficiency level
- You have strong Creative and copy writing skills
- Photo & video editing skills are a plus
