Let's Talk about the Role
As a Creative Coordinator at The North Face, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand stories to life through compelling visual content.
Working closely with the creative team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of the production process, ensuring that projects are executed seamlessly from briefing through to project completion.
You will have multiple interfaces within the marketing organization and with external partners and your role is to ensure timely delivery of the creative tools across channels.
**You will achieve this by**:
Oversee the entire production process, ensuring seamless execution from planning to final delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams to align on creative vision and production requirements.
Liaise with external vendors, including photographers, videographers, stylists, and post-production teams, to ensure deliverables align with creative vision.
Develop and manage project overviews, budgets, and timelines while proactively identifying and addressing potential constraints in collaboration with stakeholders Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes creativity, efficient channels of communication, productivity, and teamwork.
**Daily operations and time management**: Manage day-to-day operations in the creative hub and prioritize capacity based on business needs and deadlines
**Brainstorming**: Actively join brainstorms with our creative team to improve our content and concept
Skills for Success
A degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or the Arts (e.g., Photography, Cinema).
Demonstrated experience working on set in both studio and outdoor environments Solid technical understanding of equipment, file formats, and post-production workflows Creative thinking skills and attention to detail
Good written and oral communication skills in English Ability to work independently and show initiative Affinity with and interest in the creative sector
