Implementation Consultant

Main tasks:

- Implement ADP tools according to contract, client's needs and ADP standards
- Manage MS & PS clients
- Analyze client's needs and identify specificities compared to ADP standards
- Create new clients in ADP environment
- Detailed specifications
- Set parameters in platform
- Test parameters
- Execute Data migration
- Do parallel run
- Coordinate subcontracted activities with providers
- Control and check final implementation
- Document implementation
- Report to Project Manager on progress and issues, attend follow-up meetings
- Give support to Customer Services after go-live
- Training back office
- several years in the implementation HRMS solutions, support and consulting.
- Knowledge of Swiss salary rules social security/permissions/source taxes
- Windows/Excel/Word/Outlook
- University Degree or High School diploma
- Implementation skills
- Training on HRMS systems
- T&A (Minimum Absence Management)
- Proficient in English
- Client oriented, ability to understand client needs
- Good stress management
- Accurate/rigorous
- Documentation skills
- Good communicator
- Pro-active
- German: mother tongue or fluent in reading and writing
- English: fluent in reading and writing
