**Role**:
Our consultant will accompany our client in delivering changes within Finance areas from design to implementation, while keeping up to date with the management. This requires to structure the actions, coordinate the planning and governance and to support the team members to receive required help. The scope of responsibility of this position is to deliver the contributions of the Finance team with regards to systems improvements (ERP implementation) and the related pre-requisites from an Accounting process change perspective.
**Responsibilities**:
- Represent Finance department in ERP project governance meetings
- Organize with both finance departements and ERP integration team the data migration phases.
- Define project deliverables and contributions from others, communicates them openly and plans the activities in line with project deadlines
- Provide support to contributors in Accounting and Controlling teams (Subject Matter Experts)
- Review project deliverables to secure they are complete and meet quality standards
- Prepare, plan, follow up and debrief the User Acceptance Testing phase
- Organize communication and change management activities, as well as monitors post-go-live environment to secure adoption of new processes / systems
**Profile**:
Your Profile:
- Master degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- You have a strong experience in ERP implementation. SAP Systems, or SAP S4/Hana is an asset
- A strong experience in Finance/Acounting streams/Controlling/Payroll is a must
- You have a good knowledge of performance and change management methods
- Project Management or Audit certification is an asset
- You have very good written and oral communication skills, able to talk to different type of stakeholders and to unify them around a common vision
