**Consultant (M/F/d) - Global Mobility**:
Mercer's Career division supports companies in optimizing their performance through individually appropriate HR management strategies. We offer expert advice on topics such as international and national compensation strategies, talent or change management as well as restructuring of the HR function. **We will count on you**:

- Advising our clients on international mobility topics, acquiring new customers, expanding existing customer relationships
- Account management responsibilities
- Project management of national and international consulting projects focusing on international compensation and participation in national and international project teams
- Identify market trends and customer needs and support the evolution of Mercer products and services
- Holding presentations and external lectures, conducting seminars, writing articles and conducting marketing activities

**What you need to have**:

- Several years of professional experience in the field of international compensation and / or mobility / secondment of an international company, ideally acquired in a corporate environment or in a renowned management consultancy
- Consulting and/or sales experience in International Compensation and / or Global Mobility services
- Project management skills and client relationship management skills are beneficial
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, negotiation skills, excellent presentation skills, above-average commitment, mobility, initiative, and personal responsibility
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, human resource management or a comparable field of study
- Proficiency in **German or French** and English is required
- Affinity for the technical preparation, processing and analysis of data
- Very good knowledge of the MS-Office programs PowerPoint and Excel
