Coesia has operating units in 36 countries, a turnover of 2,015 million euros in 2022, and over 8,000 employees. **About the Role** We are looking for a motivated and committed personality as our new Head of Sales. You report directly to the Country Manager and form the team together with four employees. You will play a pivotal role in implementing plans and strategies aimed at securing and growing sales while expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies for business development, focusing on both orders and customer acquisition. Your role will involve ensuring that sales, cash flow, and EBIT targets are met as per budgeted expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating project risk levels during the pre-sales phase and ensuring that engineering developments align with market requirements. Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential to ensure that activities are aligned with core strategic objectives. You will leverage business data to define necessary change actions and directions as required. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to drive growth and innovation within our sales division. **Main tasks and responsibilities** - Development and implementation of sales strategies - Professional and results-oriented management of the sales team - Further development of the marketing strategy and the corresponding implementation plan as well as activities in their implementation - Sales responsibility in the "Switzerland" sales area - Design and calculation of simple to complex problems and preparation of the corresponding quotations and presentations - Direct support of important customers - Supporting larger projects as a project manager - Advising customers by telephone and in person - Preparation of product documentation to support sales - Administrative activities in connection with sales/marketing **What You Need to Be Successful** - Several years of experience in the sale of capital goods - Diploma as electrical/mechanical engineer, technician, or comparable training - Knowledge of mechanical engineering, in particular, conveyor technology problems and product handling integrated into overall systems - Knowledge of issues relating to manufacturing and logistics processes - Knowledge of administrative processes, in particular their tools - Skill and persuasiveness in contact with customers - Impeccable appearance, quick comprehension, and very good communication skills - You are linguistically fluent, especially in German and English, French is an advantage **Our Offer** - A motivated, above-average, and broadly trained team - A long-standing and loyal customer base - A pleasant working environment and state-of-the-art infrastructure in an international company - Flat hierarchies and a great working atmosphere - Company car **Join the Team** **External agencies are kindly requested not to contact the company regarding this position.** Job Reference: CGS11661
