**About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated and committed personality as our new Sales Manager. You will play a pivotal role in implementing plans and strategies aimed at securing and growing sales while expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies for business development, focusing on both orders and customer acquisition.

Your role will involve ensuring that sales, cash flow, and EBIT targets are met as per budgeted expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating project risk levels during the pre-sales phase and ensuring that engineering developments align with market requirements.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to drive growth and innovation within our sales division.

You'll be leading a team of two Area Sales Managers, making this a great opportunity if you're ready to step into a leadership role and drive sales success

**Main tasks and responsibilities**
- Drive and execute high-impact sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Lead and optimize the sales team with a results-driven approach, ensuring peak performance and target achievement.
- Enhance and implement data-driven marketing strategies, ensuring measurable business growth.
- Own and expand sales operations across the Switzerland market, delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Develop high-value solutions and competitive proposals for both simple and complex client needs.
- Cultivate and strengthen key client relationships to drive long-term business success.
- Lead and manage large-scale projects with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
- Streamline sales and marketing operations to improve efficiency and impact.

**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably towards pharma.
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering, in particular, conveyor technology problems and product handling integrated into overall systems
- Knowledge of issues relating to manufacturing and logistics processes
- Knowledge of administrative processes, in particular their tools
- Skill and persuasiveness in contact with customers
- You are linguistically fluent, especially in **Swiss** **German** and **English**, French is an advantage
- You are highly self-driven, ambitious sales professional who thrives in a competitive environment and is eager to win new business and exceed targets.
