**Your Impact & Responsibilities**:
- Lead and support the team of Named Accounts Executives across the region to achieve or exceed their individual goals.
- Directly participate and lead client and prospect engagements with the team.
- Provide ongoing mentoring and development of the team, including hiring and training new hires.
- Provide accurate forecasting of team performance to senior management.
- Provide reporting on daily and weekly sales activity through your monitoring of the internal KPI tools.
- Provide regular feedback through 1-2-1’s on activity, pipeline reviews and customer/prospect meetings to ensure ongoing development.
- Build personal relationships at all levels within and alongside the team within the assigned accounts.
- Build key working relationships within the partner eco system to facilitate team engagement and customer alignment.
- Build strong working relationships with the wider teams across the region to ensure the team’s success - Closely align to SE, SME, Marketing and technical teams.
- Reinforcement of Check Point’s value on a consistent basis through a comprehensive understanding of the industry and the market.
**Your Knowledge & Skills**:
- 5 years minimum previous experience leading enterprise accounts sales organizations.
- Experience in Cyber, Hi Tech, SaaS is desirable.
- Demonstrable experience in managing large enterprise complex sales environments.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as a sales leader.
- Demonstrable experience in fast paced environments running high performing sales organizations.
- Strong experience in leading, coaching and mentoring teams for success.
- Strong analytical experience in managing KPI’s within a fast paced sales team.
- Strong in-depth knowledge of the Cyber Market.
- German and English speaking mandatory
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel the region.
