**Your requirements**:

- You have a higher education in IT, or you have proven experience in IT and/or Application Operation Management
- You have good experience in the operations area and have experience in dealing with cloud computing services
- You are experienced in the implementation and optimization of processes including the associated IT systems
- You ideally have certifications and interest in further training in the area of Operations, Microsoft Azure as well as Service Management ITIL or you are ITIL 4 Foundation certified or ready to get certified
- You have good organizational skills and attention to detail, and you have the desire to work in an international environment as an innovative and motivated part of the local Applications Operations team
- **You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is an asset**

**Your tasks**:

- You will process actively and independently incidents and requests
- Your focus is on stability, quality improvement and problem management, and you will provide technical support and troubleshoot issues together with external experts
- You work in a multicultural team
