In the **European Time Zone** we are looking for a **Technical Writer**.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Work with various departments to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including user guides, integration guides, API developer guides and in-platform documentation.
- Obtain a deep understanding of our products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into language setting our users up for success.
- Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.
- Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage.
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
- Write for a variety of audiences, from non-technical end users to programmers, system administrators, and integrators.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
- 5 years of experience in writing complex documentation for software services and products for multiple audiences.
- Portfolio of work and/or writing samples.
- Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process. A familiarity with API and SDK documentation.
- A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
- Experience working with the following tools preferred: Confluence/JIRA, Git & Github, HTML, Gitbook.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- A programming experience will make the difference.
- Blockchain experience is considered a plus.
- Certification in « Technical Writing » is considered a plus.
