**About the Team**:
Our Histology department supports diagnostic and research efforts by enabling the detailed study of tissue morphology, identifying diseases such as cancer, and assessing treatment responses with enhanced precision and speed through automation.

**Internship Assignment Summary**:

- Develop and deploy histology automated workflows using scripting or software tools.
- Collaborate with different histology sub teams to identify current workflows and propose automated solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of automated processes with existing systems, databases, and tools.

**Education/Qualifications/Skills**:

- You must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party.
- Proficiency in French or English.
- Experience in histology is not required.
- Programming languages: Proficient in programming languages like Python, Java, or similar. Familiarity with script languages such as Bash or PowerShell is a plus.
- Experience with development tools (e.g., Git, Jira, Docker).
- Proficient in handling, organizing, and analyzing large datasets. Familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL, MongoDB) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with user interface design and tools or basic web development.
- Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
- Ability to embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership.
