Nos valeurs, notre taille, notre solidité financière et notre indépendance sont des atouts certains pour vous offrir un environnement de travail de première qualité.** Afin de renforcer notre Département Assurances de personnes qui propose à nos clients des services de haut niveau dans la gestion des sinistres, nous recherchons un/e **Case Manager** à 80% pour la Suisse romande. **Les missions qui vous attendent**_ _**: - Rencontrer des assurés gravement touchés dans leur santé (LAA/perte de gain et RC) et évaluer la situation - Accompagner les assurés dans la réhabilitation professionnelle et sociale - Suivre et coordonner les différentes phases de la réintégration avec divers intervenants (AI, employeur, tiers responsable, médecins, gestionnaires prestations cas complexes ) - Collaborer si nécessaire avec des partenaires externes dans le cadre des mesures de réintégration - Effectuer des visites dans le cadre d’opposition d’une décision, de révision de rente ou d’autres demandes ponctuelles - Négocier avec des avocats **Votre profil**: - Formation de juriste ou brevet fédéral en assurances - CAS en Case Management un plus - Expérience professionnelle confirmée dans le domaine des assurances de personnes et/ou RC - Très bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office) - Parfaite maîtrise du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, l’allemand ou l’italien un atout Si vous êtes également de nature ouverte, orientée solutions et clients, organisée, flexible et tournée vers l’humain alors vous êtes la personne qu’il nous faut. **Nous vous offrons**: - Un environnement de travail sain dans une entreprise mutualiste labelisée "Meilleur Employeur" - Des avantages sociaux multiples, dont la flexibilité dans l'organisation du travail - Un soutien dans le développement et la formation - Des valeurs humaines centrées sur le bien-être des collaborateurs
