**End User Experience Manager (Microsoft expert)**
Experis is the global leader in professional resourcing and project-based workforce solutions.
On behalf of our client, a global leading institution, we are looking for a **End User Experience Manager.**
You'll be** **of the IT Infrastructure team responsible for the liaison between the end consumers of IT services and the Infrastructure teams to deliver them.
You'll provide technical leadership to the End User Experience team and liaison back into the business to ensure that business users are provided with timely and relevant technologies, communication and IT services.
**Mission**:
- Provide technical leadership to End users experience team,
- Make sure the business users have relevant technologies, communication and IT services,
- Drive continuous service and process improvement,
- Lead by example in showing a sense of urgency and ensuring work is delivered to the highest quality,
- Build relationships with internal teams that depend on EUE owned technologies to get their work done.
**Profil**:
- 5 years experience in similar position,
- Expert understanding of Active Directory, GPO's and client O/S management,
- Knowledge of Exchange online including migration of on premise services,
- A working knowledge of SharePoint online, One Drive & Azure AD,
- An understanding of access management including MFA
- Executive and VIP support needs
- Knowledge of MDM and client management technical solutions
- ITIL Foundation,
- Able to translate business requirements into IT tasks
- Strong organizational and communication skills,
- Fluent in English and other languages are an advantage.
