We are looking for a **Visual Designer** to join our team, is this you? **_ About the role_** - You prototype and design website and app interfaces that are used by expert users in the media and data industry around the world - You collaborate with our engineers, product managers and the customer success team to realize beautiful and easy to consume features that help bring the 1plusX experience to the next level - You work on the entire interaction value chain from developing user flows to wireframes, visual or “low fidelity” prototypes and ready-to-implement visual designs and related assets - You create the most compelling 1plusX experience by translating data-driven findings into interfaces that delight users and increase their understanding of their customers **_ About you_** - You have 2+ years of experience in visual design and feature design - You have 2+ years of working experience with visual design software like Sketch, Figma or InVision - You have a proven experience transforming complex user flows into intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces - You understand iOS, Android and web interfaces and are familiar with the most common design patterns in the mobile/touchscreen sphere - You are creative, innovative and have an analytical mindset - You love working in teams and are passionate about Visual Design and UX - You can collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (engineers, sales, product, marketing, etc.) - You communicate well in English **_ Nice to have but not mandatory to apply:_** - Coding skills of CSS, HTML, JavaScript-Frameworks (Angular or React) is a big plus - You have previous experience in the AdTech or MarTech industry. **_What’s in it for you?_** - At 1plusX, we highly value teamwork and we are honest, open, warm and direct with each other. - We actively foster diversity and inclusion.
