[Responsibilities]
- Collaborate with the founder and leadership team to shape the technical vision and strategy of Teliance.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative AI, robotics, and blockchain solutions to address the needs of our clients.
- Build and manage a talented technical team to drive product development and innovation.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions, ensuring high quality and reliability.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in AI, robotics, blockchain, and digital transformation to maintain our competitive edge.

[Requirements]
- Extensive experience in software engineering, with expertise in AI, robotics, blockchain, or related technologies.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and successfully delivering complex software projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and technology.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive results.

[Compensation]
- Equity Only: As a Technical Co-founder/CTO, you will have the opportunity to earn a significant equity stake in Teliance, aligning your success with the company's growth and success.
- Salary After Profits: Once the company achieves profitability, you will be eligible for a competitive salary commensurate with your contributions.
