In this position, you will be part of our Bülach-based Headquarters. You will be directly reporting to the Group Chief Sales Officer and you will be the marketing link to our 15 subsidiaries worldwide. Main Responsibilities:

- Management of all group wide marketing activities
- Direct management of the marketing staff (2-3 FTEs) based in various subsidiaries
- Responsibility for the yearly marketing budget and achievement of annual targets of the team
- Ensuring the implementation of the group’s CI/CD in all 15 subsidiaries worldwide
- Develop and oversee internal and external communications including internal information management system, organization announcements, newsletters, promotions and external website content
- Wording and proof-reading of a wide range of marketing documentation in English and German (e.g. newsletters, mailings, brochures)
- PR / communication for journals and newspapers (technical, financial, business) by creating and publishing printing material (articles, papers)
- Development and administration of sales and product presentations in line with CI/CD in intensive collaboration with sales and product management
- Organization of conferences, internal and external events

Experience and qualifications
- Degree in marketing or communication or proven track record in this field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in an industrial or project business environment with proof of success in a similar position
- Proficient in German and English and proof of excellent communication skills, French advantageous
- Strong skills in presentation, communication and creation of catchy text and layouts
- Experience and passion in writing various publications such as technical and business reports, documentations, articles and process descriptions
- High affinity to the social media and SEO
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Specialist in Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PremierePro)
