Digital Product Lead, Artificial Intelligence

In addition, our internal AI-empowered products provide a transformative way for Forum staff to harness data, gain unprecedented insights, and optimize operations. To propel this frontier, we are in search of an experienced, driven, and technically profound product manager specializing in AI.

The AI Product Lead will bridge the gap between AI vision and realization, utilizing their profound knowledge in AI and associated technologies. Partnering with our teams of data scientists, engineers, designers, and content strategists, the individual will usher AI-driven innovations from ideation to deployment and iterative improvement. Exceptional clarity in technical communication, along with an ability to navigate and drive results within a multifaceted organization, is imperative.

**Responsibilities**:

- Product Development & Lifecycle Management:_- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure product requirements are clear and development efforts align with product goals- Oversee product lifecycles, from ideation through to launch, monitoring, and iteration- Ensure product quality and timely delivery by actively participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning
- Technical AI Leadership:_- Serve as a technical resource for questions related to product technologies, integrations, and infrastructure- Guide teams on best practices, technical solutions, and potential pitfalls related to the product- Evaluate emerging technologies and propose how they can be leveraged for our users' benefit
- Stakeholder Collaboration:_- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient communication between departments such as Design, Engineering, Business, and Finance- Solicit feedback from both internal teams and external users to inform product enhancements
- Analytics & Performance:_- Monitor product KPIs and utilize data-driven insights to iterate and enhance products- Drive product growth and optimization through A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics
- User Experience & Design Collaboration:_- Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure the delivery of intuitive and user-friendly products- Prioritize user needs and business objectives to refine product features and user interfaces

**Requirements**:
- Advanced university degree in a technical or other relevant field- 6+ years of relevant industry experience, especially in AI product management- Hands-on experience with a broad spectrum of AI technologies including but not limited to: Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, LLMs, Computer Vision, Multimedia AI, and AI for Content Creation.- Strong analytical thinker and inspirational team leader with a passion for product- Proven technical acumen and ability to converse in-depth with engineering teams with a solid understanding of technical infrastructure and coding practices- Industry experience of digital analytics and data driven decision making for product management- Experiences with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA)- Design experience including mock-ups and rapid prototyping- Fluency in English, with excellent written, digital and verbal communication skills- Experience with- is a plus
