Financial and Administrative Manager

_**Who are we?**_
SensArs is a medtech company specialized in neuromodulation technologies for the peripheral nervous system.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our
team as a Financial and Administrative Manager. This role will be responsible for
overseeing both financial and administrative functions within our organization,
ensuring smooth operations and compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal
the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Responsibilities**:
Financial Management:
1. Maintain accurate records of income and expenses across multiple locations
(Switzerland, Germany), including clustering expenses for analysis purposes.
2. Facilitate the transfer of funds between countries, ensuring compliance with
financial regulations and optimizing currency exchange rates.
3. Manage purchase orders (POs) and track expenses against budget
allocations.
4. Update financial projections based on actual income and expenses, providing
regular reports to management.
5. Creation of financial summary reports for management/board/investors
6. Allocate expenses between grants and prepare grant financial reporting as
required.
**Administrative Management**:
1. Liaise with insurance providers to ensure comprehensive coverage for
employees and manage related paperwork.
2. Prepare and distribute personal payslips to employees in a timely manner.
3. Coordinate the preparation of bank transfers for approval by management.
4. Coordinate with professional accountant to prepare and submit tax reports,
including VAT, in compliance with local regulations.
5. Establish and maintain an efficient system for receiving and managing mail.
Others:
- Remote position but some presence in the office may be needed in the future

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor´s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related
field. Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
2. Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting,
and financial analysis.
3. Familiarity with international financial regulations and experience with cross
- border transactions.
4. Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and
prioritize effectively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact
confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft
Office Suite.
7. Prior experience in legal compliance and contract management is desirable
but not required.
