**About the role**
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a Treasury Manager to lead the local function in Switzerland, managing liquidity, market, wholesale credit, and capital adequacy risks.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Managing liquidity risk in Switzerland, from planning and forecasting through front-end execution
- Enhancing, designing, and embedding liquidity management frameworks
- Developing deep insight into liquidity movement and related risk management
- Building and maintaining models and methodologies for liquidity forecasting
- Supporting the development of new products by advising on capital and liquidity requirements
- Managing relationships with banking partners
- Managing and optimising ongoing liquidity adequacy
- Supporting business decision-making and associated liquidity actions
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of liquidity regulation requirements
- Providing input to key regulatory processes
- Owning the development, production, and management of the monthly ALCO review process
**What you'll need**
- 6+ years of experience building treasury processes and controls
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience as a Treasury Manager in a bank or within the financial services industry
- Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
- The ability to understand complex financial concepts and break them into smaller pieces
- Fluency in English
**Nice to have**
- Experience in the Swiss banking industry
- Knowledge of banking systems
