**Your role**
- Are you a proactive self-starter motivated to drive business forward? Do you have a solid business analysis background with hands-on experience in a large cross functional & agile environment? Able to analyze a business problem together with representatives from the business areas as well as corporate functions, including IT?
- We are looking for someone like that to:

- develop the service further to improve client satisfaction- understand the background of a problem and elaborate possible solutions
- prepare supporting documents for decision making meetings
- coordinate local business stakeholder needs / constraints and central program delivery plans
- oversee and manage dependencies, risks, issues and assumptions related to business transition
- communicate to stakeholders aligned with our communication strategy

- You will be part of the Wealth Management Operations Switzerland Service Owner function at UBS Group Functions.

**Your expertise**
- academic background and relevant project management qualifications and proven experience of institutional financial markets
- experience in securities operations
- commercial & business development mindset
- strong client focus, demonstrated track record in delivering complex projects in a previous role
- ability to integrate diverse views
- high level of integrity and professionalism
- able to work broadly within a large, complex, agile & matrixed organization (you know the value of sharing information) and interact with knowledgeable and demanding audiences at all levels of management
- excellent communicator with strong writing skills and ability to succinctly convey information to senior management and other stakeholders
- flexible, versatile and able to manage concurrent priorities and projects
