**Tätigkeiten**:

- Führung eines Teams von ca. 8 Mitarbeitenden fachlich und personell sowie Verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung der technischen Supportleistungen
- Unterstützung des Teams, die Techniker, der Sortierzentren bei komplexeren, technischen Fragestellungen in der Instandhaltung der Sortier
- und Förderanlagen
- Regelmässigem Austausch mit den Anlagelieferanten/-produzenten sowie sicherstellung des Fachwissens in der Organisation
- Übernahme von gelegentlichen Pikettdienste
- Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme neuer Anlagen vor Ort
- Spannendes, vielseitiges und umfassendes Ausbildungsprogram

**Anforderungen**:

- Berufserfahrung im Maschinen-/Anlagebau sowie einen höheren Abschluss (mind. Stufe HF) als Ingenieur/in / Techniker/in mit Schwerpunkt Elektro-/Maschinentechnik oder Automatisierung/Automation
- Erste Berufserfahrungen in der Führung eines Spezialisten-Teams ist von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Mechanik und/oder Elektronik, idealerweise auch Kenntnisse in der Pneumatik und/oder SPS-Steuerung (Siemens S7)
- Teamfähig, lösungsorientiert sowie kommunikativ
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnissen sowie gute mündliche Französisch
- und Englischkenntnisse
