Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic partnership initiatives to increase our company’s reach and revenue.
- Build strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist in developing sales strategies, pitch decks, and proposals.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to provide data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Attend online networking events, webinars, and industry forums to expand the company’s network.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth (preferably in B2B services).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with market trends and business strategy frameworks.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Experience in security services, manpower industry, or AI is a plus (but not mandatory).
