Tasks
- Analyze and evaluate different growth initiatives
- Build the business case and present decision recommendations to the management team
- Prepare implementation of selected growth initiatives
- Support ongoing business and product development initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Experience in market analysis, benchmarking, business development, product development, go-to-market strategies
- Experience in music education, Edtech, marketplaces, or SaaS is a plus
- Strong analytical skills (market and competitive analysis, product evaluation) and creative thinking (combining the dots, evaluating different scenarios, exploring new ideas)

- You enjoy analyzing markets, competitors, and products
- You are curious to explore and evaluate different growth scenarios
- You have an interest in music education, EdTech, SaaS products
- You are ideally fluent in English and German
- You enjoy working in a fun, dynamic team and high-paced team environment
