Notre client, une entreprise spécialisée dans la production d'outils de coupe de précision située sur le Canton de Neuchâtel, recherche un Team Leader spécialisé dans le domaine de la logistique.

**Le poste**
- Gérer et organiser le département constitué d'une dizaine de collaborateurs
- Gérer les différents flux logistiques
- Planifier et réaliser les inventaires des produits finis
- Participer activement aux projets d'amélioration continue
- Gérer les réclamations clients

**Profil recherché**
- Français courant, anglais et/ou allemand est un atout
- CFC de logisticien ou titre jugé équivalent
- Brevet en logistique un atout
- Minimum 3 - 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la logistique/gestion des approvisionnements
- Une première expérience dans le management d'équipe
